Monash University Staff Training

The LEAP team (both internal and external staff) are highly skilled and well trained. Our most recent training session was run by Professor Chris Trotter (Director of Monash University) and Doctor Phillipa Evans. This “Train the Trainer” education will allow LEAP team members to pass on valuable education from leading  experts within the field of social work.

LEAP staff are skilled and well trained in specialised fields, and have over 30 years combined experience working with children and young people. Qualifications of support workers vary between youth work, psychology, health sciences, childcare, nursing, teaching and more.
Case Notes
If suitable, LEAP will provide comprehensive case note reports, documenting information about pertinent and outstanding issues, and progress during support.
